While some people have more of a tendency than others towards depression, through Positive Psychology Skills anyone can change their thinking patterns and brain pathways to produce happiness and well-being. We all have the potential to thrive & find meaning.

Facilitated by Michaela Avlund, BA Social Care. Experienced Presenter of Positive Psychology Life-Skills.
Currently pursuing a Master Degree in Applied Positive Psychology.
